Code Amendment
The Santaquin City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider modifying Santaquin City Code Title 10 Chapter 20 Section 170 to provide a density bonus option for Moderate Income Housing in a Planned Unit Development (PUD). This amendment would be consistent with the City’s approved strategy to comply with State Moderate Incoming Housing requirements. The hearing will be held on June 13, 2023 at approximately 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the Court Room/Council Chambers (2nd Floor) 275 W. Main Street. Public Meetings will be shown live on the Santaquin City YouTube Channel, which can be found at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTzZT_yW2H2Hd-58M2_ddSw
