Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Strength & Conditioning

In this class, we will enhance strength and stamina through various modalities and multifunctional movements. It's ideal for cross-training, featuring challenging strength sessions, high-intensity interval training, and metabolic conditioning. Expect to lift heavy, breathe hard, run fast, and do burpees.

Tabata HIIT

In this class you will have a structure Tabata class incorporating intervals of both cardio and muscle. This class is high intensity with short rigid defined workouts.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga supports every aspect of the body in an attempt to relieve tension.

Body conditioning

This class integrates body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometrics, all synchronized to motivational music. The rhythm encourages participants to push their limits, enhancing performance with every squat, lunge, and burpee.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a mind and body connection. It is a great way to tone the entire body. We will work on Flexibility, precision, thoracic breathing as well as endurance throughout the class. Pilates is all about that deep core which aids in great posture. There will be an emphasis on one muscle group in each class, but the whole body will still be worked.

Deep Stretch Yoga

Deep stretch yoga is a type of yoga that focuses on long, held stretches to increase flexibility and mobility, and reduce tension. It's a slow-paced, meditative practice that combines gentle movements with breathwork to target connective tissues, ligaments, bones, and joints.

Low Impact Cardio and Strength

This fun workout includes strength and conditioning training to the beat of the music at a lower impact so you can protect those joints or heal those injuries. Ideal for those just starting out in their fitness journey.

High Fitness

This fitness style alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

HIGH Low

High-low fitness is a workout that alternates between high and low intensity cardio intervals to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. It's based on traditional aerobics principles and can be done at home or in a class.

Zumba/ Strength

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party! You'll get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and boosted energy.

Barre

Barre incorporates Pilates, ballet, and strength training techniques for an intense low impact workout that tones and strengthens the whole body.

YOGA

Yoga involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation methods that can improve health, reduce stress, and increase strength and flexibility. It is a mind and body practice that aims to bring harmony and union between the mind and body.

Cycle Pump

Cycle Pump offers you 2 different ways to complete a workout. The first half of the class will be an intense cardio burn through endurance cycling and then off the bike for the last half for muscle pump, it’ll be a full body strength workout.

Chair Yoga

"Sitting chair yoga" refers to a modified form of yoga where all poses are practiced while seated on a chair, making it accessible for people with limited mobility or those who need extra support, allowing them to still experience the benefits of yoga through gentle stretches and breathing exercises while remaining seated throughout the practice

Power Cycle

Power cycle is in the name. We will power up through hill climbs, speed tracks and jumps. Simulating as closely as we can to riding the roads when the outdoors aren’t ideal. Walk away feeling you have power in your lungs, and legs. You are sure to feel the burn.

Cycle Pump

Cycle Pump offers you 2 different ways to complete a workout. The first half of the class will be an intense cardio burn through endurance cycling and then off the bike for the last half for muscle pump, it’ll be a full body strength workout.

Sit & Be Fit

is a cardiovascular exercise with core and strength training taught to fun music. The exercises are done sitting in a chair and or standing by the chair or barre working on balance and strength. This class gives you an aerobic, full body workout with the use of weights, bands and balls. This class is for young and not so young.

Dance Fitness

Finding a workout you feel good about can be challenging. We know that you want to be inspired to make positive changes and in order to do that, you need an encouraging community and an empowering workout. REFIT® believes that fitness should change more than your body, which is why we've created a powerful, positive workout that changes you from the inside out.

DDF

DDF is a fun dance fitness class aimed at building confidence and self-esteem. It features an intense warm-up and real choreography suitable for all ability levels, enhancing endurance and stamina. The class uses professional choreography, great music, and sassy moves, breaking down routines step by step to include everyone, regardless of dance experience.
