Notice of Intent to Prepare IFFP’s & IFA’s

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Santaquin City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County and Juab County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of amending its impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the following public facilities:

Parks
Trails
Recreation
Open Space

The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Santaquin City boundaries, Santaquin City declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Santaquin City.
