NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Santaquin Special Service District

Notice is given that the Santaquin City Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 21, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Santaquin City Hall at 275 W. Main Street, Santaquin UT 84655.

The purpose of the Public Hearing numbered below is to receive public input for the consideration of the City Council:

1. Adoption of the FY2022-23 Santaquin Special Service District

The documents associated with this hearing will be available for inspection on the city website homepage at www.santaquin.org, no later than June 20, 2022.

Certificate of Posting

The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder/Clerk for the municipality of Santaquin hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in accordance with Utah State Code 10-6-113, for the review of the budgets of Santaquin City and its three suborganizations: Community Reinvestment Agency, Local Building Authority, & the Santaquin Special Service District and its associated Enterprise Fund Transfers and posted in the following locations at least 7 days prior to the public hearing: (1) in three public places within the city; (2) On the Utah Public Notice Website created by Utah State Code 63A-12-201; (3) on the Home Page of the Website.
