NOTICE OF COMBINED PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Santaquin City Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Santaquin City Council Chambers located at 275 W. Main Street, Santaquin UT 84655.

The purpose of the Combined Public Hearing listed below is to receive public input for the consideration of the City Council:

1. Santaquin FY2022-2023 Budget Amendment #1.
2. Planned City Interfund Loan from Pressurized Irrigation Fund to General Fund.

The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder/Clerk for the municipality of Santaquin hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in accordance with Utah State Code 10-6-113, for the review of the budget amendment of Santaquin City and a planned City Interfund loan and was posted in the following locations at least 7 days prior to the public hearing: (1) in three public places within the city; (2) on the Utah Public Notice Website created by Utah State Code 63A-12-201; (3) on the Home Page of the Santaquin City Website.
