PUBLIC NOTICE - CDRA Notice of Intent to Provide Assistance

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE PURSUANT TO §17C-1-207

Notice is hereby given that the City of Santaquin intends to transfer certain real property currently owned by the City to the Community Development and Renewal Agency of Santaquin City as allowed under Utah Code §17C-1-207. The property in question consists of portions of Utah County Parcels 320090102 and 669540018, totaling up to approximately 1.3 acres. The purpose of the transfer is to enable the Agency to engage in project area development as defined in §17C-1-102(48) on and around the property in question, which will benefit the Santaquin City West Fields Community Reinvestment Project Area (AKA Santaquin Peaks Industrial Park Subdivision).  The City will be considering this matter during its regular City Council meeting on November 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, at Santaquin City Council Chambers located at 110 S. Center Street, Santaquin, Utah.  All interested people are welcome to attend.
