Public Hearing Notice - Minimum Unit Size in MSBD Zone

The Santaquin City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider amending Santaquin City Code 10.20.190 to reduce the minimum unit size in the Main Street Commercial Area within the Main Street Business Districts Zone as a Moderate-Income Housing strategy. The hearing will be held on March 25, 2025 at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall Building, 110 S. Center Street, Santaquin UT.
The information will be available for inspection at the City Hall Building beginning March 21, 2025, during regular office hours.
