PI & Water Customer Usage Portal Information and Set-up Instructions

To successfully register your account, you must enter your utility account number, WITHOUT the decimals. (Example: 11001101)

You must also enter your House Number Only Exactly as it appears on your Utility Bill. (Example: 473 of address 473 N. Apply Way)

The password needs to be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain at least one lower case, one upper case, and one numeric character.
